our shipping charges for all shipping services that
we offer.
Normal order processing time is 1-5 business days.
(Usually 1-3 days).
All the items shown in our catalog are ordered from
the manufacturer or one of their authorized
distributors. Orders that are placed before 1:30 PM EST
will begin processing the same day, if your order has
been placed after 1:30 PM EST it will be processed the
following business day. Unless its a holiday or weekend.
Availability of the products changes consistently with
the manufacturer, availability may change overnight so
we do not guarantee availability of any particular item.
We do our best to show only available items and usually
if you are able to add an item to cart than it is
available. We do guarantee that all of our products are
100% Authentic, Genuine Products, which are sold in
Brand New/Un-Used condition. Once your order is placed
and if delays or unusual situations with a particular
item in your order occur, you will be informed of this
immediately. If an item is on backorder you will be
given an option to cancel the order without any penalty
or fee. ALL OTHER ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Once the item is shipped an email will automatically
be sent to you with your tracking number, if no such
email is received 5 business days after you placed your
